The majority of these belt sections listed alongside can be obtained in either rubber or a PU with steel or Aramid (Kevlar) cording. Dealing direct with the manufacturing plants allows us to offer the right item for your requirement.
The drawings of the individual belt sections alongside is to assist in the initial identification of the belt,(full technical details can be supplied for every belt style offered by Spel-Gate industrial either from this or the other pages on our site).
Please refer to our SGi tip for further assistance.
Part numbers for the majority of these belts is an industry standard:- 'width/section-length' i.e. 20/T10-1620, however as with everything there is an exception to the rule, the imperial belts.
These imperial sizes have part numbers 'length(tenths of an inch), section, width(inches)' i.e. 570H150 = 57" long x 1,1/2" wide, these cover the ranges - MXL, XL, L, H, XH & XXH.
The standard range of imperial timing belts and the HTD metric range would generally be offered from our 'Distribution Range' as detailed here
Although we aim to be 'belting experts' and offer a very full and diverse range of belts, it would be wrong for us not to offer the range of pulleys and taper locks that go with these belts.
Although we stock only a few popular sizes we can offer the full range on a next day service. The range offered is too large to list in it's entirety here, specifically when we source from different manufacturers, however we can assist with any information you require very promptly.
The range of Taper Lock bushes we offer will be from our 'Distribution Range' which can be found here
Any belt, for any machine, can be made '...from design to delivery', we have the contacts to make it work, please give us a call.
When checking the pitch of your belt always count 10 teeth, from the centre to centre, this should avoid the confusion between the imperial and metric belts.
e.g. 'L' pitch 9.5mm will measure 95mm for 10 teeth and the T10/AT10 will measure 100mm.
